Dr. Stephanie Scoville earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Washington State University, and she earned her Bachelors in Environmental Science: Ecology and Evolutionary Biology with a minor in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from Rice University in Houston, Texas. She is a member of the Washington State Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association, which grow her interests in surgery, dentistry, anesthesiology, geriatric and fear-free medicine.
Originally from Kailua, Hawaii, Dr. Scoville is an island girl eager to bring a little ‘aloha’ to Medical Lake. She’s a former mathlete champion and history buff, who grew up grooming polo ponies, volunteering at a therapeutic barn, and trying to convince her parents that a feral chicken was the perfect addition to a house already filled with foster fails. She enjoys sudoku, musical theater, true crime, and good views. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, biking, and riding horses, whether it be playing polo, hitting the trails, jumping, or cow sorting. In veterinary school, she even discovered a new love for sheep. Dr. Scoville and her 2 year-old cat Ruby are thrilled to be part of the Medical Lake Veterinary Hospital team!
